Gaudium IVF IPO Day 3 Subscription Hits 4.02 Times, Check Allotment Date

The initial public offering of Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd was subscribed 4.02 times on Tuesday, February 24, the final day of bidding.

According to consolidated data available on National Stock Exchange of India till 11:05 am, the issue received bids for 5,87,70,117 shares against 1,46,20,340 shares on offer.

The non institutional investors category was subscribed 6.74 times. The retail individual investors portion was subscribed 5.13 times. The qualified institutional buyers segment received 3 per cent subscription.

The IPO aims to raise ₹165 crore. This includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹90 crore and an offer for sale of ₹75 crore by promoter Dr Manika Khanna.

The company plans to use the proceeds to set up 19 new IVF centres across India, repay debt and meet general corporate expenses.

The price band for the issue is ₹75 to ₹79 per share. A lot comprises 189 shares.

Gaudium IVF and Women Health operates in assisted reproductive technologies in India. It follows a hub and spoke model with seven hubs and 28 spokes across the country.

Allotment and listing date

The allotment of shares is expected on Wednesday, February 25. The listing is scheduled for Friday, February 27.
