Om Power Transmission raises Rs 45.01 crore from anchor investors ahead of IPO opening on April 9, 2026.
Om Power Transmission Limited has raised Rs 4,501.47 lakh from anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering, the company said.
The anchor allocation was completed on April 8, 2026, prior to the IPO opening for public subscription on April 9.
The offering comprises up to 85,75,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each. This includes a fresh issue of up to 75,75,000 equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 10,00,000 equity shares.
According to the anchor allocation report published on the websites of National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited, four anchor investors participated in the allocation.
These include Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) PTE, Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC Elite Capital Fund, Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC Citadel Capital Fund and Sunrise Investment Trust Sunrise Investment Opportunities Fund.
The company allotted 25,72,270 equity shares at Rs 175 per share, including a premium of Rs 165 per share, aggregating to Rs 4,501.47 lakh.
Om Power Transmission operates in the power transmission infrastructure segment and is engaged in engineering, procurement and construction of high voltage and extra high voltage transmission lines, substations and underground cabling projects. It also provides operation and maintenance services.
