Know Sanjay Malhotra
Sanjay Malhotra is a 1990 batch Rajasthan cadre IAS officer. He became the Chairman and MD of REC in November 2020. Earlier, he had also worked as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Energy. He has done his engineering degree from IIT Kanpur. He completed his master's from Princeton University. For the last 30 years, Malhotra has served in departments like Power, Finance, Taxation, IT and Mines.
