JEE-NEET Coaching: School students in this state will be prepared for JEE and NEET
The Bihar government has decided to prepare school students for competitive exams like JEE and NEET. To this end, a model school will be established in every block of the state.
JEE-NEET Coaching: After 12th grade, the Joint Entrance Test (JEE) is conducted for admission to engineering colleges. Competitive exams like the Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) are conducted for admission to medical colleges. JEE and NEET are major competitive exams in the country, requiring students to face tough competition. Consequently, students resort to coaching to pass the JEE and NEET. Keeping this in mind, the Bihar government has taken a major decision to prepare government school students for competitive exams, including the JEE and NEET. To this end, a decision has been made to establish a model school in each block.

JEE-NEET Coaching in Model Schools from 9th Grade
The Bihar government has decided to prepare school students for JEE, NEET, Olympiads, and other competitive exams under the three-fold plan. The Bihar government plans to prepare students from 9th grade for JEE and NEET exams in model schools. Students will be taught by experienced teachers and experts, will receive regular test series, a modern library, and will also provide doubt resolution and career counseling.
Model Schools to Open in All Blocks This Session
The Bihar government is launching model schools to prepare school students for the JEE and NEET exams. The Bihar government plans to establish these model schools in all 543 blocks of the state. Students from the 9th grade onwards will be prepared for the JEE-NEET. These model schools will open this semester.
Admission to Model Schools
Admission to the model schools being established in all blocks of Bihar will be granted through an entrance examination. This entrance examination will be conducted by the State Council of Educational Research and Training. Students who pass this entrance examination will be admitted to the model schools based on their merit. They will be provided with training for JEE-NEET and other competitive exams.
