Allu Arjun Gets Bail In Sandhya Stampede Case: Allu Arjun has got a big relief in the case of stampede in Sandhya theater during the screening of 'Pushpa 2'. The actor has been granted regular bail by Nampally court. Hyderabad's Nampally court heard the Sandhya theater stampede case today. After which the court ruled in favor of Allu Arjun and granted regular bail to the actor. Meanwhile the court has directed Allu Arjun to present 2 sureties of Rs 50,000 as per the bail conditions.
Know the whole matter
Let us tell you that Allu Arjun's most awaited film 'Pushpa 2' was released on 5 December last year. A day before this, i.e. on 4 December, a special premiere of the film was held at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad. During this time Allu Arjun himself reached there and a huge crowd gathered there to get a glimpse of the actor.
The crowd of fans increased to such an extent that there was a stampede outside the theater and during this a woman named Revathi died. The woman died due to suffocation and her 8-year-old child was also badly injured in the same accident.
What happened in Sandhya Theater and how did Allu get trapped?
The incident is of December 4, when Pushpa-2 was released. In Hyderabad, the film's shows were scheduled from 3 am. Fans were eager to watch the first day show of Allu's film. A huge crowd of fans had gathered outside the theatre. People were dancing. They were playing drums. Many were also seen bursting firecrackers. During the screening, people lost control when they suddenly heard that Allu Arjun was about to arrive at the screening. This is where the whole matter started. There was chaos among the people to see Allu Arjun. A woman died in the stampede to see the star, while her 8-year-old son is admitted in a private hospital.
Woman died in stampede
This woman was a resident of Dilsukhnagar. Her name was Revathi (39). She had reached Sandhya theatre to watch the film with her husband and two children, Sri Tej (9) and Sanvika (7). As soon as Allu arrived there, there was a commotion. During this, Revathi and her son fainted. The police immediately took the mother and son to Durga Bhai Deshmukh Hospital in Vidyanagar. But Revathi could not be saved. Her son was admitted to the hospital.
Police had arrested Allu Arjun
In this case, the police filed an FIR against Allu Arjun and arrested him. The police also questioned Allu. However, Allu Arjun denied the allegations. At the same time, Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy had said that Allu Arjun had attended the premiere despite not getting permission from the police. He claimed that the actor had refused to leave the cinema hall, due to which the police had to forcibly remove him.

After the arrest, actor got 14 days interim bail
The police arrested Allu Arjun on 13 December in the case of the death of a woman during the screening of 'Pushpa 2'. Then the Telangana High Court granted the actor four weeks interim bail on the same day. While due to some reasons, the actor was released from Hyderabad jail on 14 December. After being released from jail, Allu Arjun held a press conference and said that he regrets the death in the accident and will help the victim's family in every possible way.
Compensation of Rs 2 crore to the victim's family
Recently, Allu Arjun and the producers of Pushpa 2 had announced a compensation of Rs 2 crore to the child's family. Allu Arjun donated Rs 1 crore, while Mythri Movies and director Sukumar donated Rs 50 lakh each. Film producer and Telangana Film Development Corporation chairman Dil Raju handed over this compensation to the family.
