Expressing her enthusiasm for the festival, Panday stated, "It's an honor to be part of such a prestigious event like the Red Sea International Film Festival. Being a representative of India on this platform is indeed a proud moment for me."
The third edition of the Red Sea Film Festival kicked off on November 30 with the world premiere of Dubai-based Iraqi director Yasir Al-Yasiri's fantasy film 'HWJN,' accompanied by a glamorous red carpet featuring luminaries like Will Smith, Sharon Stone, Baz Luhrmann, and several Arabic stars, alongside Bollywood's heartthrob Ranveer, according to Variety.
Taking place in the auditorium of Jeddah's Ritz Carlton hotel, the opening ceremony emphasized this year's festival theme, 'Your story, your festival,' especially significant as Jeddah is the city setting for the festival's opener, 'HWJN.'
The festival is scheduled to conclude on December 9.
Notably, Ananya Panday is set to share the screen with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav in 'Kho Gaye Hum Kahan.' Additionally, she is gearing up for her digital debut in the upcoming series 'Call Me Bae.'
