The much-awaited trailer of Ankita Lokhande and Randeep Hooda starrer 'Swatantrya Veer Savarkar' was unveiled today, and has left the audience intrigued. While Ankita Lokhande couldn’t attend the trailer launch event, she extended her support via social media.

The trailer takes you through the journey of politician and activist Vinayak Damodar Savarkar and his struggle for India’s independence. While Randeep Hooda grabs attention with his stellar performance in the trailer, Ankita Lokhande equally impresses all by playing the role of his wife. Ankita’s role, which equally amazed the audience, is monumental in unfolding the story.

The trailer of the film was shown in the presence of the media, and needless to say, it has left them mighty impressed!

What adds depth to Ankita and Randeep’s characters is that the two look quite similar to the original personalities which makes them relatable and believable. Randeep's conviction in portraying 'Swatantrya Veer Savarkar' and Ankita’s dedication to playing his wife 'Yamunabai' has raised anticipation among the masses for the film.
