Anushka Sharma Says She Feels ‘Great’ to Be Back in Mumbai
Anushka Sharma is back in Mumbai after spending time in London with her husband, Virat Kohli. On Wednesday, the actress was spotted at the Mumbai airport, smiling and waving at the paparazzi. Later that evening, Anushka attended an event where she shared her thoughts on being back in the city and talked about her favorite comfort food.

Anushka on Returning to Mumbai
When asked how she felt about returning to Mumbai after a long time, Anushka responded, “I feel great! I'm happy to meet all of you, answer all the questions you have for me, and just enjoy this evening.”
Her Favorite Comfort Food
During the event, Anushka opened up about her favorite comfort food, recalling her childhood. She said, “Anything that my mother made when we were growing up was my comfort food… One thing I always go back to, even now when I am not feeling great, which is an instant pick-me-up, is dal, chawal, and sukhi aloo ki sabzi – all in one plate. I want one plate right now! Love it!”

Anushka Sharma’s Work front
Anushka, who last appeared on screen in the 2018 film Zero, alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif, is set to make her comeback in Chakda Xpress. The sports biopic is based on the life of former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The final release date for the film has yet to be announced.
Virat and Anushka tied the knot in Italy on December 11, 2017. They are proud parents to daughter Vamika, born in January 2021, and son Akaay, born in February 2024.
