Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 1 to Release in India on September 12
Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 1: Crunchyroll has officially announced that the first part of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle movie trilogy will hit Indian theatres on September 12. The announcement comes after the Season 4 finale aired in July last year.
The streaming platform shared a teaser featuring the climactic moment from the anime’s fourth season, where Tanjiro and the Hashira are pulled into the lair of demon king Muzan. The movie will be available in multiple languages, including Hindi, English, and Japanese.

Plot: Tanjiro’s Biggest Battle Yet
Set in Taisho-era Japan, Demon Slayer follows Tanjiro Kamado, a young warrior seeking revenge for his family’s murder while trying to cure his sister, Nezuko, who has been turned into a demon. He trains with the Demon Slayer Corps to defeat the monstrous demons plaguing the world.
The Infinity Castle Arc follows Tanjiro, the Hashira, and the Demon Slayer Corps as they are trapped inside Muzan’s castle, leading to intense battles against the Upper Rank demons. This arc sets the stage for the final showdown between Tanjiro and Muzan.
Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 1 Production and Release Details
Directed by Haruo Sotozaki and animated by Ufotable, the film features Akira Matsushima as the chief animation director and character designer, with music composed by Yuki Kajiura and Go Shiina.
The movie will first be released in Japan on July 18 before arriving in India on September 12. Fans worldwide eagerly anticipate this trilogy, which will conclude the Demon Slayer anime series.
