Dunki Drop 5: Shah Rukh Khan decodes 'Dunki' and treats fans to teaser of 'O Maahi'
Superstar Shah Rukh Khan delighted fans by releasing a teaser for the upcoming track 'O Maahi' from his film Dunki in an early Monday morning surprise.

'Dunki Drop 5: O Maahi,' Shah Rukh Khan shared a teaser on X (formerly Twitter) and provided an explanation of the term 'Dunki.' He captioned the teaser, "Because everybody asks, what does Dunki mean? Dunki means being apart from your loved ones. And when you are with them, one feels the moment should last till the end of time. O Maahi O Maahi....feel the love before the sun sets on the horizon today! #DunkiDrop5 - #OMaahi Promotional Video Out Soon! #Dunki releasing worldwide in cinemas on 21st December, 2023."

The 13-second teaser showcases Shah Rukh Khan in a desert, striking his signature pose, dressed in an all-black outfit.
The teaser also mentions, "Promo version. The film has a different version."
The official release date for the song, sung by Arijit Singh, is yet to be announced.
The makers plan to unveil a promotional video for the track 'O Maahi' soon, featuring Shah Rukh Khan. However, it's noted that the film's version will be different.
Recently, two tracks from the film, 'Lutt Putt Gaya' and 'Nikle Thi Kabhi Hum Ghar Se,' were released, receiving positive responses from fans.
Dunki boasts an ensemble cast with talented actors such as Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover alongside Shah Rukh Khan. 'Dunki' is presented by JIO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Rajkumar Hirani Films, produced by Rajkumar Hirani and Gauri Khan.
Penned by Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirani, and Kanika Dhillon, 'Dunki' narrates the heartwarming tale of four friends on a quest to reach foreign shores, depicting their arduous yet life-changing journey to realize their dreams. Based on real-life experiences, 'Dunki' weaves a saga of love and friendship, bringing together disparate stories in a blend of hilarity and heartbreak.
The official trailer of Dunki, titled 'Dunki: Drop 4,' was recently released, offering a glimpse into Rajkumar Hirani's endearing world. Opening with Shah Rukh Khan on a train, the trailer introduces whimsical characters embarking on an adventure to London, each with their dreams and aspirations.
'Dunki' is scheduled to hit theaters on December 21.
