Halsey Calls Avan Jogia ‘Fiercely Intelligent’ in Heartfelt Birthday Post

Singer Halsey posted an emotional birthday tribute for fiancé Avan Jogia on February 9, marking his 34th birthday with a heartfelt message on Instagram.

The 31 year old musician shared a series of photographs featuring the couple over the years, including celebration moments, photobooth pictures and family snapshots with Halsey’s four year old son Ender, whom they share with former partner Alev Aydin.

“More than a few years ago, today, @jogia was born and a star exploded in the galaxy somewhere as penance to re-balance the universe accounting for his arrival,” Halsey wrote. “i love him so much it fist fights out of my body, arms akimbo, grab grab grabbing at him.”

Praising Jogia’s personality and achievements, Halsey added, “he is fiercely intelligent. his kindness seems impossible but proves otherwise daily. he is funny, talented and annoyingly likable. he is going to make/do incredible things in this lifetime and this birthday is barely a tick in that timeline. I am giddy to know him. I am blessed to spend my life with him. I love him I love him I love him so. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! 🤍”

Halsey and Jogia have been publicly linked since September 2023. The couple got engaged in May 2024. Earlier, the singer had described the proposal as “special” and connected to the beginning of their relationship.
