Ice Age 6 Announced: ‘Boiling Point’ to Release in 2027 With Original Cast
Ice Age 6 Announced: Disney Studios has officially confirmed that the Ice Age franchise is returning with its sixth film, titled Ice Age: Boiling Point, which will release in theatres on February 5, 2027. Fans can expect the return of the beloved prehistoric herd as they head into a brand-new adventure.
Returning Voice Cast
The original cast is set to reprise their iconic roles. Ray Romano will once again voice woolly mammoth Manny, while Queen Latifah voices Ellie. John Leguizamo returns as the ever-clumsy Sid the sloth, Denis Leary as saber-toothed tiger Diego, and Simon Pegg as the adventurous weasel Buck.

Disney unveiled the first-look motion poster of the film on Instagram during Destination D23. The caption teased, “Ice Age: Boiling Point was just announced at Destination @disneyd23! Coming to theaters on February 5, 2027, the newest adventure takes the herd to visit never-before-seen corners of the treacherous Lost World! #DestinationD23”
