Box Office Collection Falls to Rs.7 Crore on Day 2
On the second day, Jaat collected around Rs.7 crore in India. This brings the total box office earnings to ₹16.5 crore after two days.
Over 400 Shows Cancelled Across India
The film had about 5585 shows on the first day, but this number dropped to 5141 on day 2. Major cities like Mumbai and Delhi-NCR saw a reduction of nearly 130 shows, which affected the film's earnings.
Low Occupancy Affects Business
The film had a 14.28% occupancy in Hindi theatres on day one, which fell to 11.19% on day two. The dip in interest from viewers clearly impacted its performance.
Star Cast and South Indian Influence
Jaat stars Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda, with actors like Ramya Krishnan and Jagapathi Babu from the South. It seems Sunny tried to attract the South Indian audience like Shah Rukh Khan did with Jawan, but the response was lukewarm.

Despite Jaat's slow start, Sunny has big plans ahead. He will be seen in Lahore 1947 and the sequel to his classic film Border. Other cast members in Jaat include Saiyami Kher, Vineet Kumar Singh, and Zarina Wahab.
