Kartik Aaryan Buys Rs.2 Cr Plot in Alibaug’s Luxury Project
Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan has joined the list of celebrities investing in Alibaug’s luxury real estate. The actor recently purchased a ₹2-crore plot at House of Abhinandan Lodha’s Chateau de Alibaug project, signaling his plans to build a dream home near Mumbai.

Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has purchased a 2,000 sq. ft. plot worth ₹2 crore in Alibaug’s luxury project Chateau de Alibaug, developed by the House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL). This new investment makes him the latest star to own property in the coastal hotspot.

Celebrity Neighbourhood
Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan and actress Kriti Sanon have already bought plots in HoABL’s Sol de Alibaug project. Now, Aaryan’s purchase adds to the growing celebrity circle. The Chateau de Alibaug development also includes a luxury villa segment, with HoABL’s hospitality brand Miros launching a 5,200 sq. ft. boutique hotel.
Actor’s First Land Investment
Talking about the investment, Aaryan shared, “Alibaug has become one of the most exciting places to invest in today — close to Mumbai, and I plan to build my own home there. This is the first time I have invested in land and I’m glad to have done it with HoABL.” The property deal, registered on September 3, was executed on his behalf by his parents Mala Tiwari and Manish Tiwari.
Rising Demand in Alibaug
According to Abhinandan Lodha, chairman of HoABL, the project has attracted not just celebrities but also corporate leaders and entrepreneurs. He emphasized that Alibaug is fast emerging as Mumbai’s preferred destination for luxury homes due to its serene environment, lifestyle appeal, and top-class infrastructure.
Infrastructure Boost
Alibaug’s popularity as a residential hub has grown significantly with projects like the Atal Setu, Navi Mumbai International Airport, and improved marine transport. Faster connectivity through RORO ferries and speedboats has made the coastal town a prime choice for buyers seeking space and tranquility while staying connected to Mumbai.
Kartik Aaryan’s Property Portfolio
This is not Aaryan’s first brush with real estate. In 2023, he bought a 2,100 sq. ft. commercial property in Andheri’s Lotus Signature. He also owns premium apartments in Juhu and Versova, further cementing his status as a savvy real estate investor.
