Kesari Chapter 2 Plagiarism Issue Solved Peacefully, Confirms Yahya Bootwala
The upcoming movie Kesari Chapter 2, starring Akshay Kumar, R Madhavan, and Ananya Panday, faced backlash after poet and YouTuber Yahya Bootwala accused the team of copying his poem about Jallianwala Bagh without permission. Yahya posted a video on Instagram showing how the film used lines similar to his original poem.

Yahya Bootwala Accused the Dialogue Writer
In his Instagram post, Yahya directly pointed at the film’s dialogue writer, Sumit Saxena, accusing him of copying and using his words without giving any credit. Yahya even shared a side-by-side video to highlight the striking similarity between his poem and the movie dialogue.
Yahya's Strong Message to the Makers
In his post, Yahya wrote that copying another writer's work without acknowledgment is the worst thing a writer can do. He urged his followers to tag prominent personalities like Karan Johar, Karan Tyagi, Dharma Movies, Akshay Kumar, and Ananya Panday to bring attention to the issue.
The Issue Has Been Resolved Amicably
Sharing an update recently, Yahya informed his fans that the matter has been solved peacefully between him and the film’s producers. He thanked everyone for their support during the controversy. His earlier post calling out the makers has now been deleted.
