The music video features the charming Ashish Bhatia and Mishka, bringing the magic to screen, while Yassh Kadam turns heartbreak into movement with his signature choreography. Featuring the perfect blend of Abhijeet Srivastava’s warmth, Simran Choudhary’s raw vocals, and Jai Dhir’s Punjabi pop pulse, ‘Nai Jaana’ creates a soundscape that’s hypnotic, emotional, and heartbreakingly addictive. Together, they create something that blurs the line between heartbreak and addiction.

“We weren’t trying to make another sad love song”, shares Abhijeet Srivastava. “Nai Jaana comes from a real place, it’s about the people who keep coming back to each other, even when they know it's a terrible idea. That tension, that push-and-pull, that’s where the magic is. It’s honest, and that’s what made it special for all of us. Working with Simran and Jai was effortless, our worlds are so different musically, yet this song tied them together perfectly. Yassh’s choreography, Ashish and Mishka’s chemistry, everything turned out exactly as we imagined. I’m genuinely proud of what we’ve all created together.”

“There’s a strange beauty and thrill of loving someone you probably shouldn’t. Singing ‘Nai Jaana’ felt like revisiting every ‘what if’ I’ve ever carried along. That’s the heartbreak you can feel but rarely put into words. Abhijeet’s composition gave the song its soul, Jai added that earthy edge, and Yassh turned all of it into something you can feel even without words. With Ashish and Mishka on screen, it all came alive beautifully. I hope the listeners find a piece of themselves in it.” Simran Choudhary adds.

Jai Dhir says, “‘Nai Jaana’ hits all the right spots - it’s got this undeniable groove, the kind that makes you move while you cry. There’s something you can feel in your chest but still hit replay on. It’s Punjabi pop, with heart. Simran’s voice brings softness that balances the intensity, and Abhijeet’s melody is pure magic with irresistible beats. Yassh has done an unreal job translating that emotion into movement, it’s pure art in motion. Ashish and Mishka have made it look heartbreakingly real on screen. I hope the audience connects with it like we did.”

Featuring Ashish Bhatia and Mishka, the music video is where sound meets story. It’s a cinematic ride through longing, tension and the heartbreaky stares with slick and sassy choreography by Yassh Kadam, the man behind viral hits like PERFECT, Bolo Bolo, Sirra, Qatal.

Ashish Bhatia, known for his dynamic screen presence, shares, “The story felt real. It’s not a perfect love story, it’s relatable and messy, which is why it hits hard. In today’s world, most of us have been on a stage where we tell ourselves ‘Nai mai nai jaana, tere kol mai jaana nai…’ The direction, the music, the choreography, everything came together beautifully. It was a blast working with the team on something that’s now on loop for me.”

Mishka adds, “There’s something poetic about the way the song’s shot, every frame felt intimate yet delicate, like a heartbeat captured in motion. I loved how everyone, Abhijeet, Simran, Jai, Yassh poured so much of themselves into it, you can feel that sincerity in every note and every move.”

Bringing the movement to life is Yassh Kadam, the creative mind behind viral dance anthems like PERFECT, Qatal, Sirra and Azul. Talking about Nai Jaana, he shares, “Heartbreak has rhythm, it's unpredictable, messy and full of motion. For ‘Nai Jaana’ I wanted to capture the chaos, the way your body feels when your hearts in conflict. The team was incredible, Abhijeet, Simran and Jai’s vocals gave us the perfect base to move to. Ashish and Mishka felt every emotion we were trying to express. I can’t wait to see everyone grooving to it as it’s the heartbreak you can dance to.”

With lyrics by Shayra Apoorva, music produced by Karasma Beats, mixed and mastered by Gibson George at Gib Productions, the backing vocals are performed by Aniruddh Anantha, with vocals recorded by Subhashree Das at Jam8 Studios. With hypnotic beats, aching lyrics, and world-music-inspired arrangement, ‘Nai Jaana’ strikes a balance between polished production and raw emotion. It’s the song you’ll replay at 2 AM, when you say you’re over them, but you’re really not.
