Directed by Venky Kudumula, Robinhood follows a vigilante thief played by Nithiin, who targets corrupt individuals for a greater cause. Interestingly, former Australian cricketer David Warner makes his acting debut with a special cameo.
Filming & Music of Robinhood
The movie was filmed in Hyderabad, Munnar, and Melbourne, wrapping up production in December 2024 despite delays. The music, composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar, marks his first collaboration with Nithiin. Songs like One More Time and Adhi Dha Surprisu have already gained popularity among fans.
How ‘Kick’ Stands Apart
Kick, directed by Surender Reddy, was a milestone in Ravi Teja’s career. The film revolves around Kalyan, a thrill-seeker who finds excitement in risky situations. His journey takes a comedic, romantic, and action-packed turn, making it a blockbuster. The movie was later remade in Bollywood with Salman Khan, which also became a hit.
With Nithiin assuring a fresh approach, Robinhood promises an engaging cinematic experience beyond the comparisons with Kick.
