The new series will follow familiar characters—Liko, Roy, and Dot—who now appear older, reportedly around 15 years old. Roy's team now includes a Shiny Mega Lucario and Captain Pikachu, while Dot is seen with Quaxwell and Tinkatuff.
Mega Evolution Returns With a New Rival
One of the biggest surprises in Pokémon: Mega Voltage is the return of Mega Evolution. A new character, Ult, appears with a Mega Sableye, seemingly set to be Roy’s rival. More Mature Pokémon Anime?
Unlike the classic Pokémon series starring Ash Ketchum, which kept its protagonist eternally young, Mega Voltage dares to age up its heroes. This could hint at a slightly more mature storyline, bringing deeper character development and thrilling battles.

With Pokémon: Mega Voltage set to introduce older heroes, new evolutions, and an exciting Mega Evolution storyline, fans have a lot to look forward to. How will this new adventure unfold? Only time will tell!
