Prithviraj Sukumaran on SSMB29: "I've Been Working on Rajamouli's Film for a Year"

Fans are eagerly waiting for updates on SSMB29, the upcoming movie by SS Rajamouli featuring Mahesh Babu. Malayalam superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran is also part of this massive project. During an interview, he shared insights about his involvement in the film.

A Year of Preparation for SSMB29

Prithviraj revealed that he has been working on the movie for a year now. While promoting his directorial venture Lucifer 2: Empuraan, he was asked about Rajamouli's film. He confirmed his involvement but remained tight-lipped about further details.

"I have been part of SSMB29 for a year. We have been working on it since then. Right now, the film is in the shooting stage, and I cannot reveal much. Hopefully, the team will share updates soon," he said.

The actor also spoke about the recent leaked video from SSMB29. He expressed confusion over why people are excited about leaks, as they spoil the experience of watching the film on the big screen.

His Journey in the Film Industry

Prithviraj also reflected on his career and credited his family's background for helping him enter the industry. However, he emphasized that talent and the right choices helped him establish a name for himself.

"Today, it's easier to get noticed through social media. You can create reels or podcasts on Instagram and make your way into the industry," he added.

Meanwhile, Lucifer 2: Empuraan, directed by Prithviraj and starring Mohanlal, is set to release on March 27.
