Sikandar Box Office Collection Day 3: Salman Khan's Film Crosses Rs 55 Crore, Lags Behind Chhaava and Sultan
Sikandar Box Office Collection Day 3: Salman Khan’s action-packed movie Sikandar released on March 30, 2025, and is performing well at the box office. The film has crossed Rs 55 crore in just three days, surpassing Mohanlal’s L2: Empuraan, which earned Rs 45.35 crore in the same period.
As per early estimates from industry tracker Sacnilk, Sikandar is projected to make Rs 55.01 crore by the end of Tuesday, April 1.

Sikandar Box Office Collection Breakdown
Day 1 (Sunday, March 30): Rs 26 crore
Day 2 (Monday, March 31 - Eid): Rs 29 crore
Day 3 (Tuesday, April 1): Rs 1 lakh (early morning estimates)
Despite a solid performance, Sikandar did not break major box office records, trailing behind some recent releases.
Sikandar vs Chhaava: A Tough Competition
Salman Khan’s Sikandar could not surpass Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava, which collected Rs 31 crore on its opening day. The film’s numbers are also lower compared to Salman’s past blockbusters like Sultan (Rs 36.54 crore) and Tiger 3 (Rs 53.3 crore) on their first day.
Sikandar vs Salman Khan’s Past Hits
Even though Sikandar crossed Rs 50 crore in just three days, its collections are still below Salman Khan’s biggest hits:
Tiger 3 earned Rs 40.75 crore on Day 1, nearly 50% more than Sikandar’s opening.
Tiger Zinda Hai (Rs 339.16 crore) and Bajrangi Bhaijaan (Rs 320.34 crore) remain Salman’s highest-grossing films.
It will be interesting to see if Sikandar can match these numbers in the coming weeks.

Directed by AR Murugadoss, Sikandar features a stellar cast including, Salman Khan in the lead role, Rashmika Mandanna, known for her box office successes like Animal and Pushpa 2, Kajal Aggarwal, Sathyaraj, and Sharman Joshi in pivotal roles. The film was initially slated for an early 2024 release but faced delays before finally hitting theaters in March 2025.
