She is often recognised as the perfect blend of simplicity, humble attitude and courage and no wonder, the Gen-z relates with her. While she's known to always be a people's person who always remains calm and patient, it seems like this time, something has triggered her big time due to which she is upset with the airport authorities. Yes, that's right.

The actress had a really terrible and harrowing experience recently at the airport. While the usual rule of gates being closed at the airport is 25 mins, the airlines that she was travelling in apparently closed the particular flight's gate 40 mins prior to departure thereby making it difficult for her. The actress who almost missed the flight in this process due to a delay in security check lashed out at the airlines and airport authorities for this harrowing treatment of passengers. On being asked more about the same, the actress shared and we quote,

"So, I was traveling and what I thought to be a usual routine ended up being something totally different. The rule for gate closing is 25 mins prior to departure but the particular airline and flight that I was traveling happened to close the gate initially 40 mins prior to departure. Due to a delay in the security check, I reached the gate a little late and that's why, they weren't allowing me to board the flight initially. After a lot of heated arguments, I finally managed to board the aircraft. However, it isn't as simple as it looks here. My point is that when they create unnecessary delays of hours from their end, do they ever think of the passengers and their schedule? They literally do their own thing and hardly bat an eye for the passengers. But when it comes to their inconvenience, to hide their own fault or delay, they want to rush passengers departures for an early departure by closing the gate before the stipulated time. Just because they are already running late. Is that even fair? The airlines need the passengers and the passengers need the airlines. It is a mutual requirement and that's why, the best interest of all should be taken into consideration always. It's high time this ridiculous culture stops and the airlines start taking the interest of passengers into consideration as well."

Well, some really strong words coming from Soniya Bansal and once again, she's proven that she's a force to reckon with when it comes to being fearless and courageous about expressing her points.
