Telugu Singer Kalpana Raghavendar Hospitalised After Critical Health Scare

Playback singer Kalpana Raghavendar, daughter of legendary singer TS Raghavendra, was found unconscious in her Hyderabad residence. Concerned neighbors and security staff alerted authorities after noticing that her home had been locked for two days without any response.

Immediate Medical Attention

When the residents’ association was unable to contact her, they informed the police. The authorities broke open her apartment door and found her unconscious. She was immediately rushed to a private hospital, where she is currently receiving treatment. Her husband, who was in Chennai at the time, has returned to Hyderabad. Reports suggest that she is on ventilator support.

Music Industry Stands by Kalpana Raghavendar

Kalpana, a well-known figure in the Telugu music industry, has sung for legendary composers like Ilaiyaraaja, AR Rahman, MS Viswanathan, and KV Mahadevan. She gained fame after winning Star Singer in 2010 and later participated in Bigg Boss Telugu Season 1.

Several well-known artists, including singer Sunitha, have visited her at the hospital. However, they have refrained from making any public statements about her condition.
