MUMBAI, India - 11th February 2026 – On Amazon MX Player, India’s leading free, premium, ad-supported video streaming service, Bharat Ke Super Founders continues to spotlight businesses where purpose and profit move in tandem. This week, that belief took centre stage in a compelling conversation on craft-led entrepreneurship, as the pitch room looked beyond margins and valuations to ask a deeper question: how can traditional Indian craft scale without losing its soul?

That question came into sharp focus with Huts and Looms, a handloom-first brand founded by Jaya and Toofaan. Rooted in the belief that India’s true artistic legacy lies in handmade work rather than machinery, the founders highlighted a long-standing economic gap where artisans struggle with inconsistent work and unfair wages despite the global appreciation for Indian textiles. Their weaver-first model, anchored in direct collaboration and fair compensation, positioned craft not as nostalgia, but as a commercially viable, scalable business.

Seeking ₹3 crore for a 10% equity stake, the pitch drew interest from multiple tycoons, each recognising the long-term value of sustainable, heritage-led commerce. Ankur Mittal extended an offer of ₹50 lakh for 5% equity, alongside a strategic recommendation to delay the launch of kidswear, a view echoed by Sharad. Shivam Mishra followed with ₹10 lakh for 1%, while the Market came in with ₹15 lakh for 1.5% equity. Rather than a single headline cheque, the brand drew collective belief, with multiple investors stepping forward to back the vision.

The confidence was further reinforced by the brand’s growing cultural relevance. Huts and Looms products have already featured in Bollywood productions and showcased at Anant Ambani’s wedding, underscoring how traditional craft can resonate at the highest cultural platforms without compromising authenticity.

The moment stood out as a clear reflection of what Bharat Ke Super Founders represents: a platform where businesses built on integrity, intent, and cultural legacy receive support not just through capital, but through shared conviction in long term impact.

Hosted and mentored by Suniel Shetty and guided by a diverse panel of India’s leading investors, Bharat Ke Super Founders continues to create a space for ideas where heritage, impact, and scalability come together with clarity and purpose.

Bharat Ke Super Founders is now streaming exclusively on Amazon MX Player, available across the MX Player app, Amazon shopping app, Prime Video, Fire TV, and connected devices, with new episodes dropping every Friday and Saturday.
