Who is Laxmi Narayan Tripathi? Why was she removed from Kinnar Akhara?
Laxmi Narayan Tripathi, a well-known transgender activist and religious leader, was recently removed from the Kinnar Akhara along with Mamta. Mamta Kulkarni, known for her connection with Bollywood and the underworld, follows a unique spiritual path—she is a sanyasi but does not shave her head and wears a Rudraksha mala instead of a Vaijanti mala. These differences were reportedly not accepted by the Akhara members, leading to their removal.
