YouTuber Elvish Yadav and 5 aides accused of hosting Noida Rave Parties with Snake Venom
YouTuber, influencer, and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav, along with five associates, found themselves in legal trouble when the authorities discovered 20 ml of snake venom and seized nine poisonous snakes, which were allegedly used during their rave parties.

The Noida Police filed an FIR, revealing that the group had in their possession five cobras, one python, one two-headed snake, and a rat snake. The complaint regarding the use of snake poison at these rave parties was lodged by an NGO associated with BJP MP Maneka Gandhi, which had been pursuing the case against Elvish Yadav for an extended period.
How did rave party was busted?
The Noida Police received a complaint stating that Elvish Yadav was involved in shooting videos using snake venom and live snakes at his Noida farmhouse. The complainants also alleged that he hosted "illegal" rave parties where foreign girls were frequent guests. In response, a representative from an NGO approached Elvish Yadav, requesting cobra venom. Elvish provided contact details for his agent, including a phone number.
The agent was contacted and agreed to provide snakes and snake venom. Subsequently, five individuals - Rahul, Titunath, Jayakaran, Narayan, and Ravinath - arrived at the location for what they believed to be a decoy party. The NGO members promptly informed the police, leading to the apprehension of the five individuals who had brought snakes and snake venom. All five were taken into police custody and reportedly mentioned Elvish Yadav's involvement.

During the party, authorities discovered total nine snakes, including five cobras, one python, one two-headed snake, and one rat snake.
Swati Maliwal, the Delhi Women Commission chief, responded to the FIR news by posting a photo of Elvish Yadav with Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. She criticized the promotion of Elvish by the Haryana government and mentioned that he has made obscene comments about girls and used abusive language in his videos.
Extortion call to Elvish Yadav
Elvish Yadav recently received an extortion call demanding a payment of ₹1 crore. A 25-year-old man from Gujarat was arrested for making these extortion calls to Elvish. After his victory in a prominent OTT show, Elvish invested in an ₹8 crore house in Dubai.
