What is Project Gaganyaan?
The Gaganyaan project, which has a name derived from the Sanskrit term for a ship or conveyance to the sky, has been created at a cost of 90 billion rupees. If it is successful, India will become one of just four countries to have sent a person into space, joining the US, China, and the Soviet Union. What Is the Goal of TV-D1 and what is this mission is about?
The TV-D1 mission, or Flight Test Vehicle Abort Mission-1, is Gaganyaan's first developmental test flight mission.
