GREAT DECISION TAKEN BY UP GOVERNMENT : PREGNANT WOMEN TO GET FREE HEALTHCHECKUPS AT GOVERNMENT HEALTHCARE CENTERS.
<p>Recently a great decision is being taken by the Uttar Pradesh government, Now pregnant women will get a free ultrasound tests. This is basically a public and private sector partnership which is being promoted by the state government where the ultrasound facilities are not available for the regular checkups of pregnant women.Here women would also get the facility of breakfast prior the test, so that the women can have an healthy diet .The breakfast facility is majorly introduced inorder to make sure that woman don’t come to the doctor without having proper meal and empty stomach. While announcing the scheme deputy chief minister Brajesh Pathak said, “Ultrasound facility will start under public-private-partnership mode at health centres lacking ultrasound facility. This scheme is being introduced under Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Mantrivta Abiyaan. PMSMA is nothing but a scheme which offers regular good quality health checkups to the pregnant women across the state.
