HARNI lake tragedy: Vadodara boat accident echoes in High Court, Suo Moto plea accepted

Acceptance of suo motu in the High Court: A terrible tragedy occurred at Harani Lake in Vadodara city yesterday. Fourteen innocent lives were lost in this shocking incident. Vadodara boat accident echoes in the High Court

Now, the most significant development in the Vadodara accident case has emerged. The case of the boat capsizing in Harani Lake in Vadodara has now directly reached the Gujarat High Court. The submission to file a suo motu in the Gujarat High Court has been accepted. The court has reacted strongly after the submission by the advocate association, stating that the loss of innocent life due to negligence will not be tolerated

News reports called by the Chief Justice

The whole matter is that the President of the High Court Advocate Association made a representation in the High Court. He further added in his submission that there was a gross lack of security, and no life jackets were provided to anyone present in the boat. The Chief Justice of the Judge's Court has accepted the representation of President Brijesh Trivedi. The case of the boat overturning in Harani Lake has now reached the Gujarat High Court. The latter has now called for news reports after the suo motu presentation.

The family blamed the school administrator.

The Gujarat First team reached the house of Alishba Kothari, a class IV student who also died due to drowning. Alishba's family has accused the school administrator. "The children were not even told where they were going for the picnic," the family alleged. Along with this, the family members are demanding that the mayor and the commissioner resign
