‘Children don't need a maid's service...’ Premanand Maharaj advice to Indian parents
Premanand Maharaj: In today's era of inflation, both parents are working to secure a better future for their children. However, in their concern for the future, they are neglecting the present. Due to busy lifestyles, parents are unable to witness their children's growth and leave them in the care of nannies before going to the office. Because of this, the child gradually becomes distant from their parents and feels safer in the nanny's lap. Spiritual guru Premanand Maharaj has also warned against this growing trend.

Premanand Maharaj's viral video
A video of spiritual guru Premanand Maharaj is going viral on social media, in which a father is sharing his concerns. He says that he has a two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, but due to his new job and busy life, he is unable to give her enough time. Because of this, he is constantly worried. In response to this question, Premanand Maharaj says that children need their parents' time and love more than money.
What do children need?
He said, "If we are earning money for someone, but not giving them time, then what is the use of that money?" According to Maharaj, earning less is not a problem, but providing children with proper guidance, love, and support is more important. This problem is seen in most families today. Children need a mother's love, not a maid's service.
Parents should give time to their children
He said that parental care cannot be replaced by anything else. However, he also acknowledged that quitting a job is not the solution, but it is necessary to consciously make time for raising children. Premanand Maharaj's Warning
Premanand Maharaj warned all parents, saying, "If you don't give your children love today, they will reciprocate the same tomorrow. When you expect love from them in your old age, you won't receive it. Money is important in life, but it's not everything."

Debate on Social Media
Following Premanand Maharaj's statement, a separate debate has erupted on social media, with people giving their own reactions. Some people supported the Maharaj's words, saying that both parents have equal responsibility, and if a friendly relationship is built with the child, they will share everything. Another user wrote, "Guruji explained what real parenting is. Nowadays, people say that children are going astray, but we are the reason; we are not giving them time."
