The Tamil Nadu Teacher Recruitment Board (TNTRB) has officially announced the TNTET 2025 result on its website, trb.tn.gov.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now check their marks, qualifying status, and download the official result PDF using their roll number.

TNTET Paper I & II Scorecards Now Available

The scorecards for TNTET Paper I and Paper II, conducted on November 15 and 16, 2025, have been released. The results are published in PDF format, clearly mentioning whether a candidate is marked as “Qualified” or “Not Qualified” after the final evaluation of OMR answer sheets.

Final Answer Key Used for Evaluation

As per the official notification, the TNTET 2025 results have been prepared strictly on the basis of the final answer key. All candidates’ marks have been published along with this key, which was finalized after detailed scrutiny by subject experts.

Expert Committee Decision Is Final

TNTRB clarified that the revised and final answer keys were approved by subject experts, and their decision is final. This process follows G.O (MS) No.23, School Education (TRB) Department, dated January 28, 2026, leaving no scope for further objections.

TNTET 2025 Cut-Off Marks Explained

The minimum qualifying marks for TNTET 2025 differ across categories:

General category: 90 marks (60%)

BC / BCM / MBC / DNC / PwD: 75 marks (55%)

SC / SC(A) / ST: 60 marks (40%)

Candidates must meet the category-wise cut-off to qualify for the eligibility test.

TNTET Eligibility Certificate Update

Candidates who clear the cut-off will receive the TNTET Eligibility Certificate, which is mandatory for teaching jobs in Tamil Nadu. According to official updates, the certificate issuance process will begin from February 2.
