DSSSB TGT Recruitment 2024: The Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board (DSSSB) has announced the commencement of the registration process for the DSSSB Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Recruitment 2024. Vacancy Details and Application Process

The DSSSB aims to fill 5,118 vacancies for TGTs in subjects including Maths, Social Science, Natural Science, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu, Punjabi, and Drawing. Interested candidates can apply through the official website at dsssbonline.nic.in. The registration process will be open until March 8, 11:59 pm. To apply, candidates need to follow these steps:

1. Visit the official website at dsssbonline.nic.in.
2. Click on the link for "DSSSB TGT Application 2024" on the homepage.
3. Enter login credentials and submit the application form.
4. Fill in the required details and make the payment of application fees.
5. Download the confirmation page and keep a printout for future reference.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the DSSSB TGT recruitment must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a bachelor's degree (honours/pass) or equivalent from a recognized university in the relevant subject with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks, along with one of the school subjects.
• Possess a degree in education and a working knowledge of Hindi.
• Have qualified the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
• Candidates from SC, ST, and PwD categories are granted relaxations from the minimum 45% marks requirement. Additionally, candidates with a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject are also eligible for relaxation.
• The age limit for applicants is below 32 years, with an upper age limit of 40 years for female candidates. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates from reserved categories.

Application Fees and Payment

Candidates registering for the DSSSB TGT recruitment will be required to pay a registration fee of Rs.100. However, female candidates and those belonging to the SC, ST, PwBD, and ex-serviceman categories are exempted from the application fee. Payment can be made through a debit card, credit card, or net banking only.

Exam Pattern

The DSSSB TGT recruitment exam will consist of two sections: A and B, each comprising 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), totaling 200 questions. Candidates will have a time limit of 2 hours to attempt the exam.
