INDI Alliance continues to target Sanatan, compares to Potassium cyanide

Education Minister of Bihar on 14 September during an event on Hindi Divas targeted Sanatan by comparing Ramcharitmanas to Potassium Cyanide. Chandra Shekhar who is a Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader made derogatory comments on Ramcharitmanas after which Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) has resolve to counter it. Many leaders of BJP has condemned the words of Chandra Shekhar.

Ramcharitmanas is a epic based on the original Ramayan written by Sant Tulsidas in Awadhi. Potassium Cyanide is a chemical which can even cause death if consumed.

While delivering speech during the event, the RJD leader said that Ramcharitmanas is like Potassium cyanide and he will continue to oppose it all his life. He said "If you serve 56 kinds of dishes and mix potassium cyanide into it, would you eat it? The same analogy applies to the scriptures of Hinduism."

BJP Spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla said that "INDI Alliance may not have agreements over their leadership or logo but have agreed on two topics. These are to target media and Sanatan Dharma".

In a press conference, BJP Leader Sambit Patra commented on the issue while answering a question about the comments of Chandra Shekar. He said that the INDI Alliance has venom/poison in their hearts against Sanatan Dharm which is evident now, otherwise how can someone compare Santana to AIDS, Dengue, Malaria and now Potassium Cyanide. He further added that the Alliance questions the sanctity of the  lord "Ram" who is followed by the whole country. People in the country have utmost faith in Ram and the alliance has the audacity to question their basic belief.

Previously Prime Minister Modi targeted the INDI Alliance during his visit to Bina in MP when he said that the alliance aims to destroy Sanatan Dharm piece by piece. He also said that Sanatan has been the foundation of the country since ages and has inspired many freedom fighters and great people this country has had.

This whole controversy on Santan Dharma was initiated by Udayanidhi Stalin who is a minister as well as the son of the CM of Tamil Nadu. Udayanidhi Stalin Compared Sanatan to dengue and asked for the eradication of the faith.
