On Monday, September 25, India announced that 75,000 tonnes of non-Basmati white rice could now be exported to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL) is authorised to export 75,000 MT of Non-Basmati White Rice (with HS code 1006 30 90) to the United Arab Emirates, according to a release.

On Monday, September 25, India announced that 75,000 tonnes of non-Basmati white rice could now be exported to the United Arab Emirates (UAE)This decision, which was made in accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and was jointly announced by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, is anticipated to strengthen India's trade relations with the UAE and boost the rice industry.
