India to soon have 1st Hydrogen trains running across the country

<p>India going green! Yes, India would be soon having its 1st ever Hydrogen-based trains running across the country very soon. Making of the Train : 
The hydrogen-based engines are now available only in a few countries including China, Germany an now in India too! yes, the train and the engine is fully made in India. Talking about the modification, the coaches of new trains will be retro-fitted, induced with hydrogen-propulsion engines that will be used for commercial purposes by the end of the year.
As a pilot project, the railways is manufacturing a prototype of a hydrogen fuel-based train at the Northern Railway workshop. It would be a test-run on the Sonipat-Jind section in Haryana.
