ITBP wins women’s National Ice Hockey Championship 2023

Talking about the score, Women’s team defeated the Ladak by a score of 2-1 in the finals. This is the first time the Women’s hockey team has women in the Finals. The ITBP holds a unique record in adventure sports. The women personnel of ITBP and the men have contributed to mountaineering, skiing, river rafting, etc over the years. Everestor Santosh Yadav was the first women mountaineer of the Force who scaled the mount Everest twice in 1992 and 1993 from Kangshung face to become the first woman in the world to climb Mount Everest twice in successive years.
