Kolkata Murder:The CBI will conduct a polygraph test of the main accused Sanjay Roy today in the case of rape and murder of a trainee doctor at Kolkata's RG Kar Medical College and Hospital,.IN the meanwhile CBI had conducted polygraph test of seven people on Saturday,in the same case. Before the polygraph test, the accused has turned back from his earlier confession of this heinous murder and claimed that he is being framed and he is innocent.
Known nothing about rape and murder
A jail officials said that the accused Sanjay Roy told the jail guards that he does not know anything about the rape and murder that happened in RG kar Medical hospital he is innocent, he was being framed in the case. But the the same time, according to Kolkata Police, Sanjay Roy has confessed to raping and murdering the trainee doctor inside the seminar hall of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital.

He was ready for polygraph test
The accused made similar claims in Sealdah court, in which he told the judge that he had agreed to undergo polygraph test to prove his innocence.

As by the officials the fact of accused Roy's claim?
The CBI and police found huge discrepancies in Sanjay Roy's statement, as per the investigating officials, The accused Sanjay is trying to mislead the whole investigators, but after so many of his fake statement he was not able to give any explanation about the injuries on his face and his presence in the hospital building at the time of the crime. Neither he give any satisfactory answer about CCTV footage that has been collected by the CBI. Apart from this, showing his presence in the corridor leading to the crime scene at 4.03 am, a few minutes before this brutal crime was committed by him,The CBI is working fast and taking every step ver cautiously so that the victim gets justice as soon as possible in this case.
