Kolkata  case: Today the most talked case of the Country proceeding happened in Honorable Supreme Court, the CJI itself took cognizance  in the matter and  a national  task force  was formed which will be headed by the CJI itself is looking after the whole case, in this matter CBI today submitted his report, even the CBI said the crime scene has been changed, in though in the case hearing the judge said - have not seen such a case in 30 years, of my carrier. In his report, CBI made shocking revelations in the status report. CBI says that the attitude of the hospital administration in the case was under question. However, the victim's family was not informed properly and also very late about the incident. Hospital said that the victim was ill and then about suicide. The CBI also claimed the crime scene was changed. It is clearly visible that an attempt was made to cover up the crime place. In between the hearing, Lawyer Kapil Sibal rejected the claim that 150 grams of semen was mentioned in the post-mortem.in the response the CJI said, "Don't use social media to debate, we have the post-mortem report before us, don't read what is on social media. We have the actual post-mortem report before us, and we know what 150 grams means.

The medical board said that rape took place and the entry in the police diary (GD) shows that the area of ​​the incident was cordoned off after the postmortem.
