Naga Chaitanya, previously married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu, got engaged to Sobhita Dhulipala on August 8, 2024, in an intimate ceremony held at his home. The event was attended by close family members only.
Sharing the first official pictures online, Naga Chaitanya’s father, the renowned actor Nagarjuna, expressed his joy, writing, “We are delighted to announce the engagement of our son, Naga Chaitanya, to Sobhita Dhulipala, which took place this morning at 9:42 a.m.! The couple later shared more romantic photos from their engagement, accompanied by the heartfelt message: “What could my mother be to yours? What kin is my father to yours anyway? And how did you and I meet ever? But in love, our hearts are as red earth and pouring rain: mingled beyond parting.”
Rumors of Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita’s relationship began swirling in May 2023 when they were first seen together in Hyderabad. The speculation intensified after a photo from their European holiday in June went viral, showing the couple enjoying a wine-tasting session.
