Man in Florida arrested for hanging swastika flag and racist banners
Jason Brown a 48 year old Florida resident is arrested for his racist actions. Jason is arrested by the Law Enforcement Department for allegedly hanging racist banners and flags over a busy interstate in the state of Florida. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement announced on Wednesday that the man hung swastika symbols and anti-Semitic banners on a bridge in Orlando. Jason appears to be a Neo Nazi which is an extremists ideology. Neo-Nazism is an extremist ideology that draws inspiration from Nazi beliefs. It promotes white supremacy, antisemitism, and authoritarianism. Neo-Nazis often engage in hate and violence, targeting racial and ethnic minorities. Their activities are considered illegal and are closely monitored by law enforcement.
According to FDLA, Jason and other placed banners along a fence without actually having the written permission to do so. This is against laws of the state. He did that in the month of June. According the FDLA, Brown claims to be member of "order of Black Sun" which is an anti- semitic extrmist group.

Earlier this year, Governor Ron DeSantis signed House Bill 269, which includes provisions prohibiting unauthorized display or projection of images on property.
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has issued three outstanding arrest warrants for out-of-state demonstrators who violated this new law. FDLE Commissioner Mark Glass expressed gratitude to Governor DeSantis for supporting law enforcement and emphasized that such activities would not be tolerated in Florida, stating, "This activity will not be tolerated in the greatest state in the country, Florida."
The individual, Brown, will face criminal mischief charges. Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Executive Director Dave Kerner highlighted Florida's commitment to protecting residents from attention-seeking extremists, stating, "Florida is a law-and-order state."
