PM Modi in Bihar slammed Congress. Nawada, Bihar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized the Congress manifesto during a rally in Bihar's Nawada, alleging it reads like a document of appeasement, akin to the Muslim League's strategies.
During his address, PM Modi accused the Opposition bloc of attempting to divide the country, highlighting their discussions about a potential partition of India and Congress leaders advocating for separate nationhood for South India.
"The leaders of the INDI alliance talk about another partition of India. The leaders of the Congress party are openly advocating separate nationhood for South India. The Congress manifesto that was released earlier smacks of appeasement and reads like a poll document of the Muslim League," PM Modi said.

The Congress manifesto, released in Delhi recently, focuses on job creation, infrastructure development, and promises a caste census, a key demand after Bihar's caste survey results. It also pledges a minimum support price for farmers and universal free healthcare.
Ram Temple Inauguration
PM Modi recalled the recent inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, accusing Congress and RJD leaders of hindering the temple's construction and declining invitations to its inauguration. He emphasized the significance of the temple's completion and criticized those who opposed its inauguration.
Modi's Guarantees Stir Controversy
PM Modi addressed controversies surrounding his guarantees, stating they were causing unease among members of the opposition alliance. He defended his promises and criticized the opposition for their skepticism and alleged lies for votes.
NDA's Election Campaign in Bihar
The BJP's election campaign in Bihar commenced with PM Modi's rally in Jamui constituency. The NDA, comprising BJP, JD(U), LJP, HAM, and RLSP, has finalized seat-sharing arrangements for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls in Bihar.
Vivek Thakur, BJP's Rajya Sabha MP and son of former Union minister CP Thakur, is contesting from Nawada Lok Sabha constituency. Polling in Nawada, Gaya, Aurangabad, and Jamui Lok Sabha constituencies is scheduled for April 19 in the first phase of elections.
