71st National Award: Bollywood famous actresses Rani Mukherjee is going to get the first National Award of her acting career. On this special occasion, the first reaction of the actress has come to the fore. Rani says that the hard work of her 30 years career has paid off. She is quite excited to receive this honor.

The official list of National Award winners came in front of us today. In which many names were mentioned which was surprising for the fans. But there was one name among them which everyone was happy to see on social media. Actress Rani Mukherjee will be honored with the Best Actress Award for her film 'Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway'.

Actress on receiving the first National Award

Rani has been working in Bollywood for the last 30 years. Now after so many years of hard work and dedication, she has got the first National Award of her career for which she is very happy. Rani says, 'I have won the National Award for my performance in the film Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway, which makes me very happy and emotional. Incidentally, this is the first National Award of my career. As an actor, I have got the opportunity to work in many wonderful films and people have showered a lot of love on me.'

'I thank the National Award jury for honoring my work in the film Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway. I dedicate this happiness to the entire team of the film, my producers Nikhil Advani, Monisha and Madhu, my director Asima Chhibber and everyone who worked on this special project, which shows the strength of a mother. For me, this award is also a recognition of my 30 years of work, my hard work and my love for the film industry.'

Why is this National Award very personal for Rani?

Rani further explained why the National Award for 'Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway' is very special for her. The actress said, 'I dedicate my National Award to all the best mothers in the world. A mother's love and the strength to save her children is the most special. In this film, an Indian mother fought the whole country for her child, this story touched me a lot.'

'A mother's love is selfless, I realized this after becoming a mother myself. That's why this victory, this film is very special and personal for me. A mother can do anything for her child, she is capable of moving a mountains for them. Our film tried to show this.'

Rani finally said, 'I once again thank all my fans around the world, who supported me in every difficult and good time in the last 30 years. Without you, I would be nothing. Without you I would not be here today

Rani Mukerji's upcoming projects?

Rani Mukerji will soon be seen in the third part of her hit film franchise 'Mardaani'. Her film 'Mardaani 3' will be released on 27 February 2026. Apart from this, she is also working with Shahrukh Khan in the film 'King' which is believed to be released next year.
