A 10-year-old boy was killed by monkeys in Gandhinagar, Gujarat
In Gandhinagar, Gujarat, a 10-year-old boy was killed by monkeys. According to reports from Salki village in Dehgam Taluka, police and forest officials, the incident happened on Tuesday near a temple. Dipak Thakor has been identified as the victim.
When it happened, Dipak Thakor was playing with some friends. The boy's intestine was torn out by the monkeys, an official told PTI.
After being taken to a nearby hospital, he was pronounced dead upon arrival. The attack tore out his intestines. After he rushed home, he was taken to the hospital, where upon arrival, the medical staff pronounced him dead. According to an official, this is the third time in a week that monkeys have attacked the village.
In the last week, there had been three monkey attacks. A forest official named Vishal Chaudhary claims that the department has been searching the village for the monkeys.

There is a big troop of monkeys in the village; four of them are adults and have attacked in the past week. Two have been saved by their efforts, and another is being caged, as PTI Stated.
