33.31% voting has been done till 1 pm for the 70 seats of Delhi Assembly. The highest 39.51% voting took place in North-East Delhi. This is the parliamentary constituency of BJP MP Manoj Tiwari.

Voting was stopped at that time." At the same time, Delhi Police says, "A woman from Usmanpur had called and said that her vote had already been cast by someone else.

Investigation revealed that there was confusion due to another woman with the same name. That woman was earlier a tenant at the same address. After verification, the presiding officer has allowed both the women to cast their votes."
