Ahead of WWE Saturday Night's Main Event, the 38-year-old veteran announced her retirement

Ronda Rousey: WWE veteran Ronda Rousey entered the company in 2018. She was given a strong push from the start. She was already well-known among fans due to her strong presence in the UFC. Rousey left WWE in October 2023. Since then, fans have been eagerly awaiting her return to the ring. However, that is now unlikely. Rousey has announced her retirement from wrestling and will likely be seen in the ring again.

Ronda Rousey makes a shocking statement

Ronda Rousey did not work for WWE for long. She certainly impressed in her short run. She won the SmackDown Women's Championship twice, and the Raw and Tag Team Championships once each. She has also won the Women's Royal Rumble match. Furthermore, she has also main-evented WrestleMania alongside Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair.

Ronda Rousey recently appeared as a guest on the Bertcast podcast. She was asked about returning to WWE. Rousey stated that all the opportunities she had were great and that she would not return now. Rousey said, "I probably won't return now. I'm grateful to everyone for this experience, but this is not my circus anymore."

Ronda Rousey also made a statement about Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns

On the Bertcast podcast, Ronda Rousey stated that Paul Heyman gave Roman Reigns real recognition in WWE. Rousey heaped praise on Heyman, saying, "Paul Heyman created Roman Reigns' identity. Heyman found a way to reinvent Reigns. It was Heyman's talent that propelled him forward. Much of what's happening in WWE now goes to Paul Heyman. He's a mentor to everyone backstage. Many of my ideas come from him. Heyman also helped me a lot."
