Sources from the NCP, government suggests t have 10 days or minimum 60 hours of Bag free days for the students every year. And the students would be made to engage and participate in other activity such as gardening, carpentry, pottery and metal fabrication, and stuff like these to increase the interest of students in other co curricular activities too.
The state education department has introduced this concept and soon this will be implemented i the schools in the new academic year. Apart from that the schools and institutes will also be asked to introduce activities such as Trips, meetings with local artists, organizing of various workshops, etc.
