After Wells Fargo terminated Shankar Mishra from the post
of vice president of the respective company, his father Adv. Shyam Mishra has
taken a stand for his son. The accused son’s father on Friday, during an
interaction with the media, claimed that the allegations laid on his son are
completely false. He is a “Family Man” with a wife and a daughter and
hence cannot commit such a thing.

He said that the 72-year-old is like a mother to
him. The demands of the lady were fulfilled by giving the amount she asked for
yet dissatisfied with it, she complained. Father defended his son by
saying that his son was drunk because the staff served him, he then went to
sleep and then urinated on the lady in a drunk state.  

“This
is a false case; my son didn’t sleep for 30-35 hours. He might have
consumed the drink given by the crew and then slept. From what I understand, he
was questioned by the airline staff after he woke up”, Adv. Shyam Mishra stated.

He further said that his truth is being presented
in an unethical way. He is being blackmailed and pressured. He also said that
his child is very cordial and has never treated any woman in this way before.
It is unbelievable on his part that his son can do such a thing.

When asked if he is in contact with his son, he
said that they have been trying to trace him and get into contact as accused
Shankar Mishra has not been in their touch too.

Now it is to be seen if, will the justification
given by the father save him from the allegations. And how will he be punished after getting cauh
