Deep Cleansing

Cleansing is your skin's first shield. The dust, oil, and sweat accumulated on your face throughout the day create a layer that can clog pores, leading to breakouts. Therefore, we should always deep cleanse our face.

Use a sulfate-free, mild cleanser.

Cleansers containing green tea, charcoal, or salicylic acid are good.

Deep cleanse your skin twice a day with an oil-based cleanser followed by a water-based cleanser.

Remove dirt with exfoliation

Sometimes dirt and dead cells stick to the skin. Exfoliation helps remove them and allow new skin to breathe.

Use a mild exfoliator 1–2 times a week.

Choose products containing AHAs or BHAs.

Avoid harsh scrubs, as these can cause micro-tears in the skin.

Toners and essences strengthen the skin barrier

Polluted air weakens the skin barrier, increasing redness and dryness

After cleansing, use a hydrating toner containing antioxidants like vitamin E, niacinamide, or rose water.

Apply a light essence or serum to the skin afterward.

Products containing ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and peptides help firm and moisturize the skin.
