Announcing the same, the Finance minister recently tweeted regarding the same and informed that time so she would present the budget in a paperless form.

Talking the Application, this app is accessible to any general public and member of parliament helps to know about the country’s budget for the financial year. This app was developed by National Informatics Center under the guidance of the Department of Economic Affairs.
Why a Paperless Budget?
The Modi Government thought of such an idea due to the Covid19 Pendamic, in order to prevent the risks to be infected by the virus, the Government decided to go paperless and come up with a paperless idea, hence the app was formed.
The following are the key things to be remembered:
- The application is available to be downloaded bot on Android and IOS.
- The app can also be downloaded via Union Web Portal
- All the information regarding the annual budget will be released in Hindi and English languages
- The app will be containing 14 budget-related documents
