There was a stampede in Mahakumbh late night on the day of Mauni Amavasya. After this, the situation has been brought under control and bathing has started once again amid tight security. The situation is still under control. Bathing continues at Sangam. Devotees are taking a dip of faith. Along with this, people are being appealed to take bath where they are instead of going to Sangam.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath is keeping an eye on the situation after the stampede in the Mahakumbh. CM Yogi appealed to the people by posting on the social media handle X. The CM said, Mahakumbh-2025, dear devotees who came to Prayagraj, take bath at the ghat of Maa Ganga near which you are, do not try to go towards Sangam Nose.

All of you should follow the instructions of the administration, cooperate in making arrangements.

Meanwhile, CM Yogi has appealed to the people to take bath at the ghat of Maa Ganga near which you are, do not try to go towards Sangam Nose. "Bathing is going on peacefully"

After the stampede in the Mahakumbh late at night, the situation has been brought under control once again and once again bathing has started at all the ghats of Sangam. Giving information about the resumption of bathing, CM Yogi said, bathing is going on peacefully at all the ghats of Sangam, do not pay any attention to any rumor at all.

Bathing started in Sangam

On one hand, the news of stampede in Mahakumbh has come to the fore. On the other hand, bathing has started again at Sangam and people are bathing peacefully. Videos of people bathing again in the morning have surfaced. On the occasion of Mauni Amavasya, people have continued to bathe in the Triveni Sangam in the Maha Kumbh.

A woman bathing in Sangam Triveni today (January 29) said that she has been present in the Maha Kumbh since January 5. She said that she has come from Delhi. I bathe in Sangam every day. Today I have taken 108 dips in Sangam. Also, the female devotee said, there is very good administration. There is no problem, the policemen are also serving a lot.

Take a bath wherever you are

Spiritual guru Devkinandan Thakur said, I did not go to Sangam Ghat because there is a lot of crowd there. Today I have bathed on the banks of Bhagwati Ganga with thousands of people. I appeal to the people not to insist on bathing at Sangam Ghat. At this time, wherever there is Ganga-Jamuna in Prayagraj, wherever you bathe, you will get Amrit. Come comfortably, take care of children. Stay safe.

Swami Rambhadracharya also appealed to the people. He said, I request all the devotees coming to Maha Kumbh that today Prayagraj has been crowded beyond its capacity.
