Chief Minister Shri Bhupendra Patel gave a warm welcome to the President of Timor-Leste, Dr José Ramos-Horta, upon his arrival in Gujarat for the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, at Ahmedabad Airport.

At the occasion, various cultural groups showcased the rich cultural heritage of Gujarat to welcome the distinguished guests.

During this event, the Mayor of Ahmedabad, Smt Pratibha Jain, the Chief Secretary of the State, Shri Raj Kumar, the State Police Chief, Shri Vikas Sahay, the Police Commissioner of Ahmedabad, Shri GS Malik, the Chief of Protocol at the Ministry of External Affairs, Shri Anshuman Gaur, the State Chief Protocol Officer, Shri Jwalant Trivedi, and the District Collector, Smt Praveena D.K., were among the senior officials present to extend a welcome to the President of Timor-Leste.
